COVID-19: Services Update
Our top priority remains safety for our clients and staff. Due to COVID-19, we are taking the necessary precautions to continue operating, within the CDC and WHO guidelines via curbside service for our patients and additional screening of clients and patients.
Clients are not to enter the building
Any client showing signs of illness or having any clinical symptoms in the last 14 days that may be associated with COVID -19, are asked to remain at home, or arrange for alternate transportation.
When interacting with our staff, clients are asked to wear a mask, in accordance with CDC recommendations, for the safety of our staff during the handoff and return of the pet.
Upon arrival and phone call to our office, our staff will screen all clients for potential risk of infection or exposure in the last 14 days. Our staff has been instructed to avoid contact and reschedule the patient’s appointment if the individual has been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 14 days and/or if the individual has been exhibiting or been quarantined for COVID-19 related symptoms within the last 14 days.
Please update our staff prior to your arrival.
What to expect during your appointment?
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time or call us if you are running behind schedule. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule to ensure all clients and patients receive the full amount of time to perform diagnostics, explain the diagnosis and treatment plan, and answer all questions.
When you arrive for your appointment please contact our office to alert our team you have arrived, what type of vehicle you are in, and what is the best number to contact you. Please remain in your vehicle, put on your mask and our staff will come to meet you. Our team will then take your pet in for their appointment.
We ask that you remain on site in your vehicle during your pets appointment so that you are immediately available should we have any questions and in order to return your pet to you as quickly as possible to reduce their stress.
Once your pet has been fully evaluated, the doctor will contact you via phone to go over their findings, recommendations and answer any questions you may have.
We accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Care Credit.
When possible, please give 24 hours’ notice when canceling or changing your appointment.
